InstantNurse Helps Patients Find Nurses
InstantNurse is an App that lets nursing homes, assisted living and retirement homes send requests to hiring agencies for nursing staff. The hiring agencies can accept or deny the request. Now with this App, there are no money transfers. InstantNurse is simply a service for requesting a nurse(s). With InstantNurse, the hiring agencies and facilities must be registered within the system.
A developer would need to makemodifications to the App if InstantNurse wants to make anychanges. However, the App can be converted into a user-definable App. In which case, InstantNurse would be able to make administrative changes themselves.

With InstantNurse, the client’s App users are nursing homes, assisted living and retirement homes. And the Admin App users are the staffing agencies. The purpose of the InstantNurse App is to give nursing homes the ability to find extra assistance through a list of available staff. The staff is then selected and the nursing home schedules them to work at a particular location.
The Admin will receive notifications forstaffing requests and the Admin will schedule the available staff as requested. At that point, an automatic notification is sent to the client. The Admin portal is then updated with the schedule; which includes necessary reports in addition to the client’s data. If needed, additional training is available for the scheduled staff.
